Nestled within a charming former farmhouse near the tranquil Schwarzsee lake, the rustic and meticulously maintained Seebichlhof apartment "Schwarzsee" beckons you for an unforgettable Kitzbühel getaway. We offer you the convenience of a free parking space, an inviting entrance area complete with an information desk and library, a secure bicycle storage room, and a ski room with a ski boot dryer. Begin your mornings with the refreshing mountain air on the south-facing balcony.

The "Schwarzsee" 2-room apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. Its well-equipped kitchenette features a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave with a grill function, a toaster, a kettle, 2 hotplates, and a French Press coffee maker. The kitchen-living room is furnished with a dining table, a comfortable double couch (ideal for accommodating the 4th and 5th guests), a compact wardrobe, and a satellite TV for your entertainment. The bedroom boasts a spacious double bed and an additional bed for a 3rd guest, along with a small safe for your peace of mind. The bathroom includes a toilet, a shower, and a hairdryer.

For your dining pleasure, the popular Seebichl restaurant is conveniently located in the immediate vicinity. We recommend reserving your breakfast there for a delightful start to your day.

The "Schwarzsee" train station and bus stop are a mere 500 meters away, ensuring easy access to nearby attractions. The Fleckalmbahn is just 4 km from your doorstep, and the Schwarzsee golf course is a short 2.5 km away. Our location serves as the perfect base for hiking and cycling excursions in and around Kitzbühel, as well as in the picturesque Kitzbüheler Alpen region.

The Seebichlhof boasts a total of 4 apartments, all accessible through a common entrance. The bicycle/ski room is available to all guests in the house. Together, we can accommodate up to 19 guests. Each apartment's balcony can be accessed from the communal hallway.
