Welcome to the rustic yet meticulously maintained Seebichlhof apartment "Streif," nestled in a former farmhouse overlooking the serene Schwarzsee lake. This idyllic setting serves as the perfect launchpad for your active vacation in the alpine paradise of Kitzbühel.

Your stay at Apartments Seebichlhof includes the convenience of one parking space per apartment. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by an inviting entrance area complete with an information desk and library. For our active guests, we offer a secure bicycle storage room, a ski room, and a ski boot dryer. Plus, all apartments have access to a south-facing balcony, where you can soak up the stunning mountain views.

The "Streif" 2-room apartment, situated on the 2nd floor of the house, boasts a charming roof slope that adds character to your stay. This cozy haven can accommodate up to 4 people and features a well-equipped kitchenette with all the essentials, including a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave with a grill function, a toaster, a tea maker, 2 hotplates, and a French Press coffee maker. The kitchen-living room offers a dining table, a comfortable double couch (perfect for the 3rd and 4th guests), a compact wardrobe, and a satellite TV for your entertainment. The bedroom is furnished with a spacious double bed and a small safe for your valuables. The bathroom includes a toilet, a shower, and a hairdryer for your convenience.

The "Schwarzsee" train station and bus stop are conveniently located just 500 meters away, granting you easy access to nearby attractions. The Fleckalmbahn is a mere 4 km from your door, while the Schwarzsee golf course is a short 2.5 km away. For outdoor enthusiasts, the cross-country ski trail begins right behind the house.

Our location serves as an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling excursions in and around Kitzbühel, as well as in the picturesque Brixental region.

Seebichlhof offers a total of 4 apartments, all accessible through a common entrance. The bicycle/ski room is open to all guests in the house, fostering connections with fellow travelers. In total, we can accommodate up to 19 guests.
