The Fleckalmbahn is 4 km away, the golf course “Schwarzsee” a short distance of 2,5 km. The cross-country ski trail starts right behind the house. The location is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours in and around Kitzbühel as well as in the Brixental.
