This rustic, well-kept Seebichlhof apartment "Schwarzsee" is located in a charming former farmhouse near the Schwarzsee lake.It's the ideal starting point to enjoy a sporty vacation in Kitzbühel. It has one free parking space, an entrance area with information desk and library, bicycle storage room, ski room as well as ski boot dryer and access to the south-facing balcony.
The 2 room apartment type “Schwarzsee” offers space for up to 4 people and has a basic kitchenette with refrigerator incl. freezer, microwave with grill function, toaster, kettle, 2 hotplates and a filter coffee maker. In the kitchen-living room there is also a dining table, a double couch (pull-out couch for 4th person), a small wardrobe and a satellite TV. The bedroom has a large double bed as well as a small safe. The bathroom has a toilet with shower and hairdryer.
In the immediate vicinity is the popular restaurant Seebichl, our tip: reserve your breakfast with them! The train station “Schwarzsee” and the bus stop are only 500 meters away. The Fleckalmbahn is 4 km away, the golf course “Schwarzsee” a short distance of 2,5 km. The cross-country ski trail starts right behind the house. The location is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours in and around Kitzbühel as well as in the Brixental.
The house offers 4 apartments, with a common entrance. Bicycle/ski room is accessible for all guests in the house. Together, up to 19 guests can be accommodated here. All balconies are accessible from the common hallway.
