This lovingly furnished apartment offers plenty of space for 2 people. It is located in a quiet residential street not far from the world famous Streif ski run. 

From the apartment and the large balcony you have a magnificent view of the Wilder Kaiser. To be emphasized is the possibility to go directly from the house to the slopes, or after the ski day to ski down directly to the house. You do not need a car. Also for bike tours the apartment Kaiserblick is the ideal starting point.

The center of Kitzbühel and supermarkets are within walking distance. The apartment is not modern, no, it is a mix of styles from the 1970s to today. Simple, but with a lot of charm, very cozy and relaxing. The ideal place for a longer stay, perhaps a combination of travel and work, at the foot of the Hahnenkamm. The bus stop can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The main train station Kitzbühel is 1500 meters away.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the apartment building. In the entrance area there is a small wardrobe. 

The small kitchen has a hob, fridge incl. freezer, filter coffee maker and kettle. It is designed as a living/kitchen with dining table, spacious sofa area and Smart TV. Very large windows allow a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps. The highlight is the large balcony with a view of the Wilder Kaiser, which really invites you to relax. 

The bright double room with a view of the Wilder Kaiser has a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is quite small and also not particularly modern, but the tiles alone have its own charm. The toilet is in the bathroom. 

There is plenty of storage space for your ski and sports clothes. 

Bed linen and towels are included in the price and the bed is made up on arrival. 

There is 1 free parking space. Leave your car on vacation, from the apartment you can do almost everything on foot, by ski or by bike.
