The house is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk to the village center, or you can hop on the nearby ski bus for an even quicker ride.
**Charming Alpine House with Modern Amenities**
Welcome to our beautiful house, a perfect blend of rustic alpine charm and modern comfort.
On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a cozy hunting lodge vibe, complete with a traditional tiled stove and a Smart satellite TV for your entertainment.
The dining room includes a comfortable sofa bench for an extra person, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, from an oven and hob to a dishwasher and coffee maker.
This floor also features a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom and a separate WC for added convenience.
Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms, offering a choice of double or twin beds, plus a cozy single room with a 110 cm bed.
The first floor also has a large bathroom with a tub and bidet, along with another separate WC.
For skiing enthusiasts, the house is perfectly located near three ski lifts: Pengelsteinbahn, Maierlbahn, and Gaisbergbahn, the latter of which includes a fun toboggan run.
From here, you’ll have easy access to the renowned KitzSki area and can quickly reach the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser via the Ki-West gondola. You are minutes walk away from the free ski bus taking you to all the ski lifts in the area. You can also reach the famous Hahnenkamm and Kitzbuhler Horn mountains in less then 10 minutes.
Additional features include a garage for storing your ski gear, complimentary Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels provided, and three free parking spaces.

The train station is 1,5 km away.
