This rustic, well-kept Seebichlhof Apartment "Kitzbüheler Horn" is located in a former farmhouse above the Schwarzsee lake, the ideal starting point for your sporty vacation in Kitzbühel. The Apartments Seebichlhof have one parking space per apartment, an entrance area with information desk and library, bicycle storage room, ski room as well as ski boot dryer and has access to a south-facing balcony.
The 2 room apartment type Kitzbüheler Horn is located on the 2nd floor of the house and has a slight roof slope. It offers space for up to 4 people, has a well-equipped kitchenette with refrigerator incl. freezer, toaster, kettle, 2 hotplates and a French Press coffee maker. In the kitchen-living room there is also a small dining table, a double couch (pull-out couch for 3rd and 4th person), a small wardrobe and a satellite TV. The bedroom has a double bed and a small safe. The bathroom has a toilet with shower and hairdryer.
In the immediate vicinity is the popular restaurant Seebichl, our tip: reserve breakfast here. The train station "Schwarzsee" and the bus stop are only 500 meters away. The Fleckalmbahn is 4 km distance from the apartment and the golf course "Schwarzsee" only 2,5 km. The cross-country ski trail starts right behind the house. The location is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours in and around Kitzbühel as well as in the Brixental.
The house offers 4 apartments, with a common entrance. Bicycle/ski room are accessible for all guests in the house. Together, up to 19 guests can be accommodated here. All balconies are accessible from the common hallway.
