Additionally, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser ski region is just a stone's throw away via the Ki-West gondola (2,500 meters).

Guests are able to access the property from the main road. The studio property is located on the ground floor and is level access throughout.
You will receive a warm welcome from our co-hosts; Samantha and Debbi from Alpine Host Helpers who are here to assist you in every possible way to ensure you have an unforgettable stay.
You are conveniently located in the centre of Kirchberg in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps, home of the famous Hahnenkamm Ski race and the Streif.
All shops and restaurants are within walking distance and in winter you are close to the ski lifts, ski school and around the corner for a regular ski bus route.
Everything is on your doorstep!
All public transport can be reached between 3 – 10 minutes by foot. The ski bus is 2 minutes away and the train station is an 8-minute walk away.
Trains to Kitzbühel take 5 minutes or taxis are readily available
Tourism Tax**: Please note that a tourism tax of 2.50 Euros per night per guest (15 years and older) is not included in the booking fee. As of 1st December 2024 the price for the tourism tax is increased to 3.50 per person per night.
We will collect this upon your departure and remit it to the Tourism office on your behalf. In return, you will receive a guest card that entitles you to various discounts in the area.
The garage also features a ski boot warmer and ample storage for your winter gear.
House Manual**: To enhance your experience, we provide a comprehensive house manual with recommendations for activities and attractions available year-round, both in winter and summer.
**Please Note**: The separate lounge area may have a locked storage room and areas that may require occasional access by owners, cleaners, or service personnel. There might be instances where they need to pass through the separate lounge area. Your privacy and comfort remain our utmost concern, and we will make every effort to minimize disruptions.

We provide our guests with a useful house manual with information about the property and tips on the local area.
You are situated on the top floor (2nd floor) of a building with panoramic views. Walking distance to the ski bus as well as the town center. Even though you are located near the center the property is very quiet.
No car needed as the ski bus (2 min) which takes you directly to the ski slopes is a few minutes walk away. Walk into town in less than 5 minutes where all shops, bars and restaurants are located.
**Bedroom Note**: Please be aware that the second bedroom is best suited for 1 adult or 2 small children due to its lower ceiling height. It also features a convenient second toilet adjoining this bedroom.
