Skiers will love the proximity to the Pengelsteinbahn (2,100 meters), Maierlbahn (2,000 meters), and Gaisbergbahn (950 meters), along with an exciting toboggan run accessible via these lifts.
The entrance to the KitzSki ski area is right on your doorstep! You are minutes away from the famous Hahnenkamm and Kitzbuhler Horn ski lifts.
For an additional skiing adventure, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser ski region is easily accessible via the Ki-West gondola (2,500 meters).

You are situated on the top floor (2nd floor) of a building with panoramic views. Walking distance to the ski bus as well as the town center. Even though you are located near the center the property is very quiet.
No car needed as the ski bus (2 min) which takes you directly to the ski slopes is a few minutes walk away. Walk into town in less than 5 minutes where all shops, bars and restaurants are located.
**Bedroom Note**: Please be aware that the second bedroom is best suited for 1 adult or 2 small children due to its lower ceiling height. It also features a convenient second toilet adjoining this bedroom.
**City Tax (Tourism Tax)**: Kindly note that a city tax of 2.50 EUR per person per night is not included in the booking fee.(as of 1st Dec 2024 the tax is increased to 3.50 per person per night) We collect this fee in cash upon departure, and it is remitted to the local authorities on your behalf. As a token of appreciation, you will receive a guest card that entitles you to various discounts in the region.
**Pet-Friendly**: Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you during your stay, subject to a fee. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your furry friend along.
