Description
The location is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours in the Brixen Valley.
KitzAlps Apartment Premium offers the following:
The apartment is located on the first and second floors of the house. It has 2 sunny, south-facing balconies on the 1st floor, a further 2 balconies and a terrace on the 2nd floor.
The large fully equipped kitchen has an oven, electric hob, a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as filter coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster and kettle.
4 double rooms, 3 of them with double beds, one with bunk beds (ideal for children) 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and a separate guest toilet. Bed linen and towels are included in the price and the beds are of course made up.
On the 2nd floor there is also a spacious lounge area with satellite TV, another double room with private bathroom (including whirlpool bath tub) and a large terrace and 2 balconies.
It has a kitchen and living room on the 1st floor are one large room incl. functional dining table for up to 8 people.
Furthermore, there is a ski cellar and a heated ski boot room which can also be used as a bicycle cellar in summer. You have access to a washing machine
There is 1 free parking space per apartment, additional vehicles can be parked in the nearby public underground parking lot (for a fee).
We recommend leaving your ski equipment at the depots at the lifts and taking a relaxed ride with the free ski bus. For skiers, with Pengelsteinbahn (2,100 meters), Maierlbahn (2,000 meters) and the Gaisbergbahn (950 meters) with toboggan run with these 3 lifts in the immediate vicinity, as well as being the entrance to the ski area KitzSki. Also the ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser is quickly accessible via the Ki-West gondola (2,500m).
The house offers 2 apartments, with a common entrance. The Kitzalps Standard Apartment and the Kitzalps Premium Apartment. Together they can accommodate up to 20 guests. The two apartments are completely separated from each other, apart from the entrance area and the ski cellar.
From 1st December 2024 the tourism tax will be increased from 2.00 euros per person per night to 3.50
