The 65m² apartment is located on the mezzanine floor. It has a bedroom with double bed, a large living room with double sofa bed and dining area, satellite TV and music system.

The fully equipped kitchen is located in a separate room.

Both from the southeast-facing bedroom, as well as from the west-facing living room, you can access a large balcony with a wonderful location above the large garden of the apartment complex. 

The bathroom has a shower / bath and toilet.

A parking space in front of the house and WIFI are available free of charge.

A lockable bike room is located on the floor. In the basement there is a ski and ski boot room.

This spacious, rustically furnished vacation apartment is located in the quiet residential area of Kirchberg, only a few minutes walk to the center. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars are within walking distance. Bicycle and hiking trails start near the apartment. The entrance to the ski area KITZSKI, via the Fleckalmbahn is reached in 5 minutes with the free ski bus.  The train station Kirchberg in Tirol is 1,500 m away. A bus stop can be reached in 100 m, the village center is 500 m away.
